Through IQF (Individual Quick Freezing) technology, GMG locks in the freshness right after harvest, ensuring that every chili stays as bright and spicy as the moment it was picked.

- Type: Red chili (Siam / local hybrid variety)
- Form: IQF whole chili or cut chili (stem-on or stem-off)
- Length: 4–7 cm, uniform size, deep red color
- Heat level: 40,000–70,000 SHU
- Processing: Washed, selected, stem removed (optional), quickly frozen at -18°C or lower
- Packing: 10–20 kg per PE bag/carton (customized available)
- Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C for up to 24 months
- Usage: Suitable for food factories, sauce producers, and global distributors
