  • Fruit appearance: round to oval, deep purple skin when fully ripe, with a bright yellow, aromatic pulp.
  • Flavor profile: pleasantly sweet and tangy, with a tropical fragrance.
  • Brix level: 13–18° Brix on average, ensuring a rich, natural sweetness.
  • Nutritional value: high in vitamin C, fiber, and antioxidants.

Harvest and Seasonality

Vietnamese passion fruit is harvested year-round, with peak production from May to October. Careful handpicking ensures uniform fruit size, freshness, and minimal damage. Immediately after harvest, the fruits are graded and processed under strict international standards.
